With 4 brands (ELA, STF, Top One, and STF Man) and more than 300 stores in Colombia and the Latin American market, STF is one of the leading companies in terms of fashion.
Challenge.
The company’s general management has identified the need to integrate the sensitive information of the business, in a 360° perspective, which allows it to obtain in an agile and efficient way the current status of each store, including: Sales, Profitability, Inventory, Installed Plant, Expenses, PYG, Commissions, Pptal Execution. Although this status is currently obtained by crossing information with the ERP and different non-centralized satellite information sources, response times are not the most efficient for the business.
