Ingredion is a leading multinational ingredient solutions company. Dedicated to manufacturing sweeteners, starches, nutritional ingredients and biomaterials that customers use in everyday products, from food and beverages to paper and pharmaceuticals.

Challenge.

From different areas of the business arose the need to integrate multiple sources of information, such as: finance, production, quality, safety, maintenance, utilities, to name a few. All these areas reported from different information systems to consolidate in Excel reports. This consolidation had to be done manually by some people in the team, which could take many hours per week to accomplish. In this sense, an integrated solution capable of consolidating the information automatically was needed.
